ÚCHÈ is seeking a versatile and highly organized professional for a comprehensive, full-time role in Dubai . This unique “hybrid” position integrates specialized childcare, academic mentorship, and meticulous household management.

As a Nanny and Private Tutor , you are responsible for the holistic development of the children, moving beyond basic supervision to act as an educational guide. Simultaneously, you will manage the domestic operations of the home, including cooking and cleaning, to ensure a seamless and high-standard living environment for the family. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who takes pride in creating a structured, safe, and intellectually stimulating home.

Key Responsibilities

• Educational Mentorship: Design and implement age-appropriate learning activities to foster early childhood development and provide dedicated homework support.

• Comprehensive Childcare: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the children, maintaining a safe, nurturing, and secure environment at all times.

• Domestic Management: Perform full household duties, including professional-level cleaning, tidying, and organized laundry management.

• Culinary Support: Prepare healthy, balanced meals for the children and the family, adhering to dietary preferences and hygiene standards.

• Routine Coordination: Manage daily schedules with precision, balancing school requirements, play, and household chores through effective multitasking.

• Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with parents regarding the children’s developmental progress and household needs.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in babysitting and professional childcare; experience in private households is highly preferred.
