Elite Swiss is recruiting a dedicated, professional Full-Time Nanny for a high-profile family with four children in Dubai. While the household is active with four children, your primary focus will be the specialized care and developmental support of the 1-year-old child.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong pedagogical background —someone who understands that childcare at this age is about more than just supervision; it is about fostering early milestones through play, language, and structured activity. Given the family’s international lifestyle, you must be a seasoned traveler who can maintain the children’s routines regardless of the time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary Infant Care: Provide dedicated, high-quality care for the 1-year-old, focusing on safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being.

• Nutritional Support: Prepare healthy snacks and balanced meals tailored to the children’s dietary needs.

• Developmental Play: Organize age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors, to encourage physical and cognitive growth.

• Wardrobe Management: Oversee all laundry and clothing organization specifically for the children.

• International Travel: Accompany the family on global trips, ensuring the children remain comfortable and their schedules remain consistent during transit.

• Safety First: Maintain a vigilant eye on all four children during shared activities, utilizing your First Aid training when necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Language: Fluent Russian is mandatory (to maintain the family’s native language environment).

• Education: A pedagogical background (education or child psychology degree) is highly preferred.

• Experience: Proven track record as a professional nanny, ideally within large families or HNW (High Net Worth) households.

• Certifications: Current First Aid for Kids certification.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional flexibility, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with children.
