Your Technical & Strategic Mission

Advanced Gen AI Development

• LLM Orchestration: Design and develop end-to-end Gen AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain and Haystack to manage complex conversational logic.

• RAG Architecture: Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, ensuring the seamless integration of structured and unstructured data for high-fidelity model outputs.

• Model Fine-Tuning: Utilize PyTorch and TensorFlow to fine-tune or adapt Large Language Models for specific domain requirements.

Productionalization & LLMOps

• Deployment at Scale: Oversee the deployment of AI solutions into production environments, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.

• LLMOps Integration: Implement LLMOps principles to manage model versioning, prompt monitoring, and automated evaluation cycles.

• Data Engineering: Design high-performance pipelines for processing massive datasets, ensuring data quality and lineage throughout the AI lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Chatbot Integration: Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to ensure chatbots and AI assistants are integrated smoothly into existing digital ecosystems.

• Strategic Consulting: Act as a technical lead, translating complex business challenges into viable Gen AI roadmaps and explaining technical trade-offs to stakeholders.

What You Bring to Fractal

• Experience: 7+ years in Data Science, with a heavy emphasis on developing and deploying NLP solutions.

• Education: Master’s Degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.

• Gen AI Toolkit: Proficient in LangChain, Haystack, and modern vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).

• Engineering Foundation: Solid understanding of MLOps/LLMOps and experience handling both structured and unstructured data.
