This role is critical to maintaining the operational integrity of a massive fleet, specifically focusing on high-capacity mobile cranes and specialized earthmoving machinery.

As our Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you are the technical backbone of our fleet operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that multi-ton machines—from 500T cranes to high-performance excavators—operate with surgical precision. We are looking for a “master of iron” who combines deep mechanical knowledge with modern diagnostic skills. Key Responsibilities

• Complex Diagnostics: Identify and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in heavy machinery using advanced troubleshooting techniques.

• System Overhauls: Perform complete overhauls of diesel engines, hydraulic pumps, gearboxes, and sophisticated hydraulic components.

• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled service programs to prevent on-site breakdowns and extend the lifespan of the fleet.

• Pre-Dispatch Inspections: Rigorously inspect equipment before it leaves for a project to ensure 100% safety and operational compliance.

• Maintenance Records: Maintain accurate service logs, documenting all repairs and highlighting major issues for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of UAE/GCC experience specifically in heavy equipment maintenance is mandatory.

• Crane Expertise: Direct experience with Mobile Cranes (50T – 500T) and excavators of all sizes.

• Brand Knowledge: Proficient in maintaining brands such as Liebherr, Sany, Zoomlion, Tadano, and XCMG.

• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of hydraulic systems and crane load-moment indicators (LMI).

• Availability: Ability to work independently under high-pressure site conditions. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
