Job Duties

  • Enhance Brand Awareness: Promote the St. Regis and Marriott International brand image through professional internal and external communications.

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Utilize strategic sales techniques to maximize property revenue while reinforcing long-term guest loyalty.

  • Identify Upsell Opportunities: Recognize and execute opportunities to sell room enhancements, bespoke experiences, or event upgrades to elevate the guest stay.

  • Lead Generation: Encourage guests and callers to participate in preview package sales and tours for Marriott Vacation Club properties.

  • Vetting & Qualification: Verify that potential owners meet specific eligibility requirements before scheduling sales presentations or property tours.

  • Guest Recognition: Manage the distribution of “complimentaries” (e.g., rewards points or tickets) as a gesture of appreciation for guest patronage.

  • Information Hub: Act as a primary resource for guest inquiries regarding property facilities, local services, and brand-specific amenities like the signature Butler Service.

  • Administrative Accuracy: Receive, record, and relay complex messages with high precision to ensure seamless team coordination.


Requirements

  • Anticipatory Service: Proactively identify and address guest needs before they are explicitly expressed, aligning with the St. Regis “bespoke” service model.

  • Professional Communication: Use sophisticated and clear language for both verbal interactions and the preparation of written documents.

  • Etiquette Mastery: Maintain professional telephone etiquette and adhere to high-end hospitality standards for welcoming and acknowledging guests.

  • Team Collaboration: Support colleagues to reach common operational goals and respond empathetically to employee concerns.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

  • Brand Compliance: Strictly follow all company policies, quality assurance standards, and confidentiality requirements for proprietary information.

  • Impeccable Presentation: Ensure a clean, professional appearance and uniform that reflects the glamour and sophistication of the St. Regis brand.


Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

  • Experience: No prior related work experience or supervisory experience is required (Entry-level via the Khebraty program).

  • Skills: A natural aptitude for sales, marketing, and high-end customer engagement.

  • Mindset: A “vanguard spirit” with a commitment to delivering exquisite, world-class experiences.
