Core Responsibilities & Impact

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 1 or Year 2 (Key Stage 1) based on the National Curriculum for England.

• Literacy Foundations: Implement robust phonics and reading programs to build student confidence in language acquisition.

• Holistic Assessment: Monitor and track student progress, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged according to their individual needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a subject degree plus a PGCE/QTS (or equivalent).
