Job Description: Live-In Newborn Nanny

Royal Teaching is recruiting a dedicated and highly experienced Newborn Nanny for a private household in Dubai. This role is exclusively focused on the specialized care, safety, and developmental support of a one-month-old infant .

Unlike general nanny roles, this position is a “sole-focus” assignment. The family is looking for a professional who understands the critical nature of the “fourth trimester”—providing 24/7 attentive monitoring, establishing healthy sleep rhythms, and ensuring the infant’s environment is pristine. With very light chores limited strictly to the baby’s needs, the successful candidate will have the space to focus entirely on the newborn’s health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Newborn Monitoring: Provide 24/7 dedicated care, ensuring the infant is safe, comfortable, and never left unattended.

• Feeding & Nutrition: Support the feeding schedule (breastmilk or formula), including the hygienic preparation and sterilization of bottles and equipment.

• Sleep Specialization: Assist in settling and soothing the baby, monitoring sleep patterns, and helping establish a calm nighttime routine.

• Hygiene & Safety: Manage all aspects of the infant’s personal care, including bathing, diapering, and umbilical cord/skin care.

• Infant Housekeeping: Perform light chores limited only to the baby, such as laundering infant clothes and maintaining the cleanliness of the nursery.

• Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and privacy regarding the family’s household and personal life.

Candidate Requirements

• Professional Expertise: Proven experience in newborn or infant-specific care (references from families with infants are essential).

• Temperament: A calm, patient, and highly attentive personality with the ability to remain focused during overnight shifts.

• Skill Set: Deep understanding of infant safety (SIDS prevention, choking protocols, and hygiene).

• Nationality/Age: Open to all qualified candidates; There is no age limit for this position.

• Status: Must be ready for a live-in arrangement in Dubai.
