Key Responsibilities

• Educational Leadership: Lead the delivery of high-quality English instruction up to Year 13, ensuring students achieve top-tier academic outcomes.

• Global Instruction: Conduct live virtual lessons starting at 5:00 AM UAE time, engaging with students across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the UK.

• Curriculum Innovation: Review and enhance course delivery by creating sophisticated digital resources that integrate 21st-century learning tools.

• Holistic Development: Act as a mentor and role model, providing guidance on both educational progress and student wellbeing.

• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with parents and global stakeholders to provide transparent reporting and ensure a supportive learning journey.

• School Evolution: Support self-evaluation processes and CPD (Continuous Professional Development) to maintain Inspired’s reputation for excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in the Primary, Secondary, or College sectors, within either state or independent school environments.

• Location: Must be based in the UAE. Priority is given to those with local residency or significant experience living in the region.

• Technical Mastery: Fully computer literate with specialized experience in online teaching applications and digital classroom management.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to “Quality First Teach” in a virtual setting.

• Mindset: A highly energetic, flexible, and collaborative approach, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, “delivery-first” business culture.

• Safeguarding: Comprehensive knowledge of international safeguarding procedures and a commitment to student welfare.
