Your Technical & Leadership Mission

Architectural Leadership & Mentorship

• Technical Guidance: Oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary team of web developers, promoting a culture of clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Standards & Review: Set high-level coding standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and lead the technical direction of custom web applications and e-commerce solutions.

• Deployment Ops: Architect and manage optimal deployment workflows, focusing on performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability through CI/CD pipelines.

High-Performance Product Engineering

• Scalable Ecosystems: Lead the development of high-visibility digital products built for speed and measurable results.

• Optimization for the Future: Optimize platforms not just for traditional SEO, but for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) , ensuring brand visibility in AI-driven search environments.

• AI Studio Collaboration: Work within our AI studio to integrate smart automations and evolving AI capabilities into our core digital products.

Strategic Stakeholder Management

• Technical Translator: Represent the engineering team in high-level meetings, translating complex technical solutions into business value for clients and internal strategists.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and UX specialists to ensure that every technical decision aligns with the project’s broader KPIs and user experience goals.

• Professional Tenure: 8+ years of experience building high-scale websites and web applications.

• Backend Mastery: Expert proficiency in PHP , specifically within the WordPress, WooCommerce, and Laravel ecosystems.
