Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Supervision: Lead and supervise junior nursing staff and healthcare assistants, ensuring the highest quality of patient care delivery.

• Comprehensive Assessment: Perform advanced patient assessments and develop evidence-based care plans tailored to diverse patient needs.

• Team Collaboration: Act as a primary liaison between patients, families, and the wider healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Quality & Standards: Maintain unwavering commitment to the UAE Professional Nursing Code of Conduct and SEHA’s internal clinical protocols.

• Professional Mentorship: Support the growth of the unit by participating in clinical teaching and providing constructive feedback to junior team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-qualification in a hospital setting.

• Licensing: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license and be eligible for DOH Abu Dhabi licensure.
