Leadership & Clinical Priorities

Unit Governance: Direct the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring optimal staffing levels and resource allocation.

Clinical Supervision: Oversee the delivery of advanced nursing practices, ensuring every patient receives safe, evidence-based care.

Change Management: Lead the implementation of new protocols and healthcare technologies to improve departmental efficiency.

Mentorship: Act as a clinical preceptor, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the nursing staff.

Incident Management: Proactively identify clinical risks and lead the resolution of complex patient care issues.
Requirements

Licensure: Must hold a valid nursing license (DOH/HAAD/MOH) recognized in the UAE.

Experience: Proven track record in team management or a “Charge Nurse” capacity within a hospital setting.

Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
