Key Responsibilities

• Artistry & Execution: Expertly prepare and serve a diverse menu of beverages, maintaining consistency in flavor and presentation.

• Operational Stewardship: Implement and uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols (HACCP standards) across the beverage station.

• Guest Engagement: Act as the face of our coffee program, addressing customer inquiries with deep product knowledge and a “guest-first” mentality.

• Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, manage waste, and ensure the bar is equipped with high-quality ingredients at all times.

• Mentorship: Lead by example, ensuring the wider team adheres to established service standards and operational workflows.

Who You Are

You are a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You possess a Technical Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management and have a proven track record of maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
