In the hospitality industry, the “Ken Fix It” is the hero of guest satisfaction. You are the first responder for minor repairs that make a major difference in a guest’s stay. Whether it is a leaky faucet, a flickering bulb, or a squeaky door, your role is to ensure that our 5-star facilities remain in pristine condition. Inyong mga Pangunahing Responsibilidad (Key Responsibilities)

Rapid Response & Guest Satisfaction

• First Responder: Agad na tumugon sa mga maintenance requests mula sa mga guests at hotel staff para masiguro ang kanilang komportable at ligtas na pananatili.

• Problem Solving: Gamitin ang galing sa pag-aayos ng mga maliliit na isyu sa loob ng guest rooms at public areas bago pa ito maging malaking problema.

General Repairs & Maintenance

• Multitasking Trades: Magsagawa ng minor repairs sa aspeto ng Plumbing (gripo at banyo), Electrical (ilaw at switch), Carpentry (pinto at furniture), at Mechanical tasks.

• Preventive Care: Tumulong sa Engineering team sa regular na pag-inspeksyon at pag-aayos ng mga equipment para maiwasan ang tuluyang pagkasira.

Safety & Upkeep

• Facility Inspections: Magsagawa ng routine check sa back-of-house areas at public spaces para masiguro ang kalidad ng hotel facilities.

• Tool Management: Siguraduhin na ang lahat ng gamit at tools ay malinis, nasa ayos, at ligtas gamitin.

• Emergency Support: Maging handang tumulong sa team tuwing may mga emergency o urgent repairs na kailangang tapusin agad.

What You Bring to Royal Rose Hotel

• Experience: Hindi bababa sa 1–2 taon na karanasan sa katulad na trabaho, mas mainam kung galing sa hotel industry.

• Technical Skills: Basic na kaalaman sa electrical, plumbing, at general maintenance.

• Customer Service: Mahusay makitungo sa tao at marunong makinig sa pangangailangan ng mga guests.

• Physical Fitness: Malakas ang pangangatawan para sa mga manual tasks at kayang magtrabaho sa iba’t ibang shift (weekends at holidays).

• Teamwork: Kayang magtrabaho nang mag-isa o kasama ang buong Engineering department.
