We are a fast-growing international startup creating seamless interoperability through our Photon Messaging Protocol and universal data feeds.

In this role, you will be part of a high-performance team of 10+ engineers, working at the intersection of AI and Web3 . You will collaborate on building customizable agent networks and high-performance infrastructure for the DeFi space. Your Technical & Growth Mission

Model Development & Reinforcement Learning

• Machine Learning Foundations: Work alongside senior engineers to design and optimize models using PyTorch and TensorFlow .

• Reinforcement Learning (RL): Contribute to intelligent systems using Gym or similar frameworks to solve complex decision-making problems.

• Agent Networks: Help develop and maintain Entangle’s customizable AI agent network that interacts across blockchain layers.

Data Engineering & LLM Integration

• Data Processing: Build robust ETL pipelines to clean and preprocess data using Pandas and NumPy , ensuring high-quality inputs for our algorithms.

• LLM Orchestration: Utilize APIs from ChatGPT/Claude to build intelligent features, employing advanced techniques like sequential prompting and role-playing personas.

• Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous experiments and iterative testing to improve model accuracy and performance within our applications.

Collaborative Engineering

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work within a Scrum/Agile environment alongside data scientists and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production.

• Documentation: Maintain clean, version-controlled code and thorough project documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing within our remote team.

What You Bring to Entangle

• The Basics: Proficiency in Python 3.x and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

• Framework Experience: Hands-on familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow , and data libraries ( Pandas, NumPy ).

• AI Tooling: Experience crafting high-quality outputs via LLM APIs and advanced prompt engineering.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics , or a related STEM field.

• Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Hugging Face Transformers (NLP) or a background as a crypto/blockchain user .
