Curriculum Integration: Deliver US Common Core standards through an IB-inspired pedagogical approach, preparing students for US Diplomas, AP courses, and potentially the IB Diploma.
-
Data-Driven Instruction: Utilize student data to drive instructional decisions and demonstrate high levels of assessment literacy.
-
Differentiated Learning: Skillfully differentiate and engage students within a 100% ESL learning environment, primarily serving local UAE students.
-
Instructional Strategy: Implement effective instructional strategies and maintain technological proficiency in the classroom.
-
Collaborative Growth: Work collegially within a professional team to support the school’s mission and take advantage of extensive professional development opportunities.

-
Certification: A valid teaching license or recognized teacher qualification.
-
Experience: At least two years of post-qualifying teaching experience (mandatory per Ministry regulations).
