Candidate Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Education OR a subject-specific degree paired with a PGCE/PGDE/QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is preferred.

• IB Familiarity: Previous experience with the International Baccalaureate (MYP/DP) is highly desirable, although not essential for the right candidate.

• Language: Native-level fluency in English; Proficiency in additional languages ​​is a plus.

• Tech-Savvy: A strong understanding of current pedagogy and technology-enhanced learning tools.
