Key Responsibilities

• Patient Advocacy: Provide empathetic, personalized care to patients throughout their fertility journey.

• Clinical Coordination: Liaise with doctors, embryologists, and support staff to ensure seamless treatment cycles.

• Safety & Quality: Adhere to strict international safety protocols and Mediclinic’s rigorous clinical standards.

• Technical Proficiency: Maintain accurate digital records using MS Office and specialized healthcare management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential).

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. High preference for candidates with a background in IVF/Fertility and prior experience within the UAE healthcare system .

• Skills: Strong proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly valued for this role.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating MS Office and modern EMR systems.
