Mediclinic Middle East is seeking an expert Interventional Endoscopy Registered Nurse specializing in ERCP to join our elite surgical support team in Abu Dhabi. This is a highly technical role designed for a clinical specialist who excels in the high-pressure environment of advanced gastrointestinal intervention.

As an ERCP Specialist, you will be the clinical linchpin during complex endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography procedures. Your role extends beyond procedural support; you are a guardian of patient safety, a coordinator of multi-disciplinary communication, and a mentor to the wider nursing staff. Key Responsibilities

• Procedural Excellence: Provide expert intra-procedural support for ERCP and other advanced interventional endoscopy cases.

• Patient Safety: Ensure rigorous adherence to infection control, sedation monitoring, and post-procedural recovery protocols.

• Staff Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding and upskilling junior nursing staff in endoscopy techniques.

• Clinical Coordination: Seamlessly manage patient flow, from pre-procedure assessment to comprehensive discharge planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN) is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in your home country; Prior experience in the UAE or specialized Endoscopy units is strongly preferred.

• Certifications: Must hold valid BLS and ACLS certifications.

• License: Eligibility for Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi license.

• Competencies: High proficiency in English, exceptional manual dexterity, and a proactive approach to team-based care.
