Job Duties

• Lead immersive, high-energy cooking classes and culinary experiences for diverse groups of food enthusiasts in Abu Dhabi.

• Curate and execute unique menus featuring global cuisines, ensuring each dish meets professional standards for taste and presentation.

• Provide expert culinary instruction, demonstrating professional knife skills, cooking techniques, and plating aesthetics to guests.

• Manage the end-to-end culinary experience, from initial ingredient preparation and kitchen setup to final cleanup.

• Educate guests on food history, regional ingredients, and advanced kitchen tips to create a comprehensive educational atmosphere.

• Ensure a safe and hygienic cooking environment by strictly adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols.

• Foster an engaging and social environment, encouraging guest participation and ensuring a memorable hospitality experience.

Requirements

• Demonstrate culinary mastery across various international cuisines and cooking methods (e.g., sous-vide, baking, sautéing).

• Communicate with charisma and clarity to effectively teach and entertain groups of varying skill levels.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage ingredient sourcing and session timing independently.

• Adapt teaching styles to accommodate both intimate private classes and larger corporate team-building events.

• Navigate the digital platform for scheduling, menu updates, and guest communication with high proficiency.

• Maintain a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and supported throughout the lesson.

Qualifications

• Evidence of professional culinary experience as a Chef, Sous-Chef, or Culinary Instructor.

• Proven track record of teaching or public speaking in a culinary or educational setting.

• Possession of a valid food handler’s certificate or health permit compliant with Abu Dhabi regulations.

• Portfolio of original recipes and menus that can be adapted for 2–3 hour instructional sessions.
