Core Responsibilities & Impact

• Critical Interventions: Provide expert nursing care for high-acuity patients in a General Medical-Surgical ICU, managing complex post-operative and acute medical conditions.

• Advanced Monitoring: Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to continuously monitor hemodynamics, respiratory status, and neurological shifts.

• Clinical Collaboration: Work alongside a world-class team of specialists to implement and adjust individualized care plans for 13 floors of critical and acute units.

• Emergency Leadership: Act as a first responder in high-pressure scenarios, maintaining BLS and advanced critical care protocols.

• Family Advocacy: Serve as a compassionate liaison between the clinical team and families, ensuring transparent communication during critical recovery phases.

Candidate Requirements

• Academic Credentials: A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (minimum 3 years of full-time study).

• Experience Baseline: At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in an acute care setting.

• Specialization: A minimum of 2 years specifically within a General Med-Surg ICU .

• Licensing: Must hold a valid, current nursing registration from your home country.

• Certification: Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
