In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on deployment, configuration, and optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You won’t just be managing passwords; you will be architecting the workflows for Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and automated identity lifecycles. Your Technical & Security Mission

IAM Solution Deployment & Integration

• Technical Implementation: Deploy and configure industry-leading IAM platforms (such as Azure AD, SailPoint, Okta, or Ping) according to strict architectural guidelines.

• Federated Identity: Integrate enterprise applications for SSO and MFA using protocols like SAML, OIDC, and OAuth to ensure a secure yet frictionless user experience.

• API & Connectivity: Develop custom integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to connect disparate systems to the central identity hub.

Identity Lifecycle & Automation

• Workflow Development: Script and automate the “Joiner-Mover-Leaver” processes using PowerShell or Python to ensure users have the right access at the right time.

• Provisioning Logic: Build and maintain automated provisioning/de-provisioning workflows to reduce “privilege creep” and enhance security posture.

• Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 3 support for complex identity-related production issues, ensuring high availability of authentication services.

Compliance & Governance

• Audit Support: Provide technical evidence for security assessments, audits, and compliance activities (such as ISO 27001 or NESA).

• Requirements Translation: Collaborate with Architects and Product Owners to turn high-level business needs into functional technical configurations.

What You Bring to Global Corporation

• Experience: 5 years of dedicated experience in IAM engineering within an enterprise environment.

• Tool Mastery: Hands-on expertise with at least one major IAM toolset: SailPoint, Ping, Okta, ForgeRock, or Azure AD.

• Protocol Knowledge: Deep understanding of directory services (AD/LDAP), identity federation, authentication, and authorization frameworks.

• Coding Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and working with web services (JSON/XML).
