In the Oil & Gas sector, HVAC is more than just comfort—it is critical for the cooling of sensitive control rooms, the pressurization of hazardous areas, and the safety of personnel. In this role, you will be the strategic lead for a large-scale maintenance operation, ensuring that cooling systems across ADNOC projects remain operational 24/7. Your Technical & Leadership Mission

Strategic Maintenance Management

• Department Leadership: Direct the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department, managing teams deployed across various onshore facilities and offshore platforms.

• Preventive & Corrective Planning: Develop and oversee rigorous preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime of critical cooling infrastructure.

• ADNOC Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities and safety protocols are in strict alignment with ADNOC standards and UAE regulations.

Operational Excellence & Field Oversight

• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide high-level technical guidance for complex repairs on industrial chillers, AHUs, split units, and specialized explosion-proof (ATEX) HVAC systems.

• Resource Allocation: Manage the deployment of manpower, specialized tools, and spare parts inventory to ensure rapid response for offshore emergencies.

• HSE Stewardship: Enforce a “Zero Harm” culture, ensuring all technicians adhere to Life-Saving Rules during high-risk offshore transfers and on-site repairs.

Stakeholder & Financial Management

• Client Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives, providing detailed progress reports, incident analysis, and technical recommendations.

• Budget Oversight: Manage the department’s P&L, ensuring service contracts are delivered within budget while maintaining high quality and safety margins.

• Communication: Utilize your fluency in English and Hindi to effectively bridge the gap between senior management and the frontline technical workforce.

What You Bring to the Role

• Experience: 10+ years of dedicated HVAC maintenance experience within the Oil & Gas sector.

• Managerial Provenance: Proven track record in a leadership or managerial role, specifically handling multidisciplinary HVAC teams.

• Sector Expertise: Deep familiarity with ADNOC projects and onshore/offshore operational requirements.

• Linguistic Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential for this position.

• Technical Depth: Expert knowledge of industrial cooling systems, PLC controls for HVAC, and hazardous area equipment requirements.
