AL QUDRAH REF LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Ductman to join our technical team in Sharjah. We specialize in cooling systems and ventilation, and we are looking for a professional who is proficient in the end-to-end process of ductwork—from the fabrication table to the final installation on-site.

As an HVAC Ductman, you will be responsible for ensuring that airflow systems are built to precision and installed to maximize cooling efficiency. This role requires a “hands-on” technician who is comfortable working with different materials and can adapt to the various architectural requirements of residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities

• Duct Fabrication: Shape, cut, and assemble ductwork components based on technical drawings and site measurements.

• Material Expertise: Work proficiently with both GI (Galvanized Iron) and PI (Pre-Insulated) ducting materials.

• On-Site Installation: Install fabricated ducts, dampers, and diffusers, ensuring secure mounting and proper alignment.

• Sealing & Insulation: Apply appropriate sealants and insulation materials to prevent air leakage and maintain thermal efficiency.

• Site Coordination: Work “on the road” at various project locations across Sharjah, coordinating with the HVAC supervisor to meet installation deadlines.

• Maintenance: Assist in the repair or modification of existing duct systems to improve airflow performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in the fabrication and installation of GI and PI ducting is mandatory.

• Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools specific to sheet metal and insulation work.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to understand basic HVAC layouts and measurements.

• Location: Must be able to commute reliably within Sharjah or be willing to relocate before starting.

• Physical Fitness: Capability to handle the physical demands of installation, including working at heights and in outdoor environments.
