Job Duties

Execute Departmental Rotations: Rotate through various operational departments (such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping) to gain a holistic understanding of luxury hotel management.

Master Service Standards: Learn and implement the legendary Four Seasons core and culture service standards to ensure expert guest interactions.

Anticipate Guest Needs: Proactively identify personal guest preferences, offer tailored suggestions, and respond with urgency and empathy to all requests or concerns.

Support Operational Excellence: Follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to provide exceptional knowledge of hotel products, facilities, and Al Maryah Island highlights.

Foster Team Harmony: Work professionally and collaboratively with co-workers and supervisors, contributing to a positive, uplifting, and inclusive work culture.

Uphold Discretion: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding guest privacy, staff matters, and proprietary company information.

Participate in Leadership Training: Engage in development modules designed to transition trainees into future hotel operations leaders.

Ensure Quality Assurance: Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take immediate corrective action to maintain the hotel’s award-winning reputation.

Qualifications

Academic Background: A college degree specializing in Hotel/Restaurant Management (or equivalent experience) is required.

Experience Profile: Previous experience within a hospitality environment and a track record of leadership progression is preferred.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a significant advantage in the Abu Dhabi market.

Legal Status: Must be authorized to work in Abu Dhabi (Part-time status often requires a student or family-sponsored visa).
