Core Responsibilities & Impact

In-Home Clinical Excellence: Deliver safe and professional nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy, within the patient’s residence.

Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct detailed health evaluations and monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans in collaboration with the medical team.

Patient & Family Education: Serve as a “Care Champion” by teaching families how to manage disease processes and implement effective home care strategies.

Case Management: Efficiently manage your assigned cases, ensuring all clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with DOH standards .

Holistic Support: Provide emotional and physical support, ensuring a patient-centered approach that honors the dignity of the individual.
Candidate Requirements

Education: A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing .

Licensure: Valid DOH License OR an NCLEX Passer (eligible for DOH conversion).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hospital or clinical experience.

Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in Tagalog is strictly required to support specific patient demographics.

Skills: Strong IV therapy skills, clinical documentation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Logistics: Must be able to commute within Abu Dhabi or be willing to relocate.
