Job Duties

• Instruct students in Hindi literacy, focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and comprehensive grammar.

• Design interactive and age-appropriate lesson plans to engage diverse learners.

• Facilitate immersive activities, including storytelling and structured conversation practice.

• Align teaching materials with existing school curricula and provide targeted homework support.

• Evaluate student progress regularly and deliver detailed performance feedback to parents.

• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a focused and positive learning environment.

• Deliver high-quality instruction through both physical classroom settings and online platforms.

• Customize teaching strategies to meet the individual learning speeds and needs of students.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a native or near-native command of the Hindi language.

• Communicate complex linguistic concepts clearly and effectively in a classroom setting.

• Apply creative and patient instructional methods to engage children and young learners.

• Navigate digital learning tools and software for the successful delivery of online classes.

• Coordinate student schedules and lesson materials with high organizational precision.

• Adapt teaching styles to support various academic levels and school-specific requirements.

• Maintain a child-friendly persona that fosters a safe and encouraging educational atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Evidence a minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience (preferred).

• Demonstrate a strong track record in classroom management and lesson planning.

• Possess the ability to commute reliably to the center in Abu Dhabi.

• Maintain the technical proficiency required for hybrid (online and offline) teaching models.
