As the Workshop & Quality Lead, you will be the engine of our manufacturing process. You will transform engineering blueprints into reality by managing work priorities, optimizing resources, and ensuring that every component leaving our facility meets our rigorous quality control benchmarks. Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and to technical specifications.

• Workshop Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of workshop technicians and staff to maximize productivity and skill development.

• Strategic Planning: Define work priorities and resource allocation to balance urgent repairs with long-term manufacturing goals.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain and evolve the company’s Quality Control (QC) system, performing inspections to ensure all mechanical outputs meet industry standards.

• Safety First: Champion a culture of safety, ensuring all workshop activities comply with UAE occupational health and safety regulations.

• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the production line and implement efficient workflows to reduce waste and lead times.

Requirements

• Education: A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical field).

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven supervisory experience specifically within the mechanical industry or a manufacturing workshop environment.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, fabrication processes, and quality inspection techniques.

• Leadership Traits: A “hands-on” management style with the ability to lead by example and solve technical problems in real-time.

• Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to liaise between the workshop floor and senior management.
