Job Description: Gymnastics Coach (Elite Development)

Are you an energetic coach with the technical skills to inspire the next generation of gymnasts? A Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a dedicated and mobile Gymnastics Coach to lead high-quality training sessions for children aged 2.5 to 14 years.

In this role, you will be much more than an instructor; you will be a mentor and a program administrator. We are looking for a professional who understands that elite coaching is built on a foundation of strong relationships—from memorizing every student’s name to providing transparent, consistent communication with parents. Key Responsibilities

• High-Level Coaching: Plan and deliver technical and tactical training sessions designed to elevate the abilities of players across various age groups (2.5–14 years).

• Athlete Management: Maintain accurate attendance registers, track player progress, and follow up on absences or injuries to ensure athlete well-being.

• Parent Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, answering technical questions, providing session updates, and managing trial player feedback.

• Administrative Operations: Oversee term sign-ups, follow up on unpaid participants, and coordinate with the Academy Manager on trial player procedures and squad placements.

• Fixture Coordination: Organize team logistics for sessions and fixtures, including sending out important email announcements and managing attendee lists.

• Brand Integrity: Ensure all players are in the correct kit and represent the academy’s standards during every session.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Dubai Experience: A minimum of 2 years of coaching experience within Dubai is strictly required.

• Logistics: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and have access to your own car .

• Residency: Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa to be eligible for this role.

• Pedagogical Skills: Proven experience working with children across a wide age range (Toddlers to Teens).

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage parent expectations and administrative tasks effectively.

• Flexibility: Willingness to undertake additional tasks as assigned by Company Directors or Managers.
