Job Description: Global FX/CFD Partnerships Lead

In this remote-first leadership role, you will be the primary architect of our partnership ecosystem. We aren’t looking for a traditional sales manager; we need a strategic business developer who understands the intricate mechanics of Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and White Label solutions. You will be tasked with identifying high-value market opportunities and cultivating deep-rooted relationships with global partners to expand our trading footprint. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development: Identify and penetrate new global markets by establishing high-conversion partnerships with IBs and financial affiliates.

Partnership Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire partnership journey—from initial outreach and contract negotiation to onboarding and long-term relationship optimization.

Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed ambitious growth targets by scaling the volume of active clients through partner networks.

Internal Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, compliance, and technical teams to ensure partners have the tools, localized content, and regulatory support they need.

Market Intelligence: Monitor global FX/CFD trends and competitor commission structures to ensure D Prime remains a top-tier choice for partners.
Requirements & Qualifications

Industry Expertise: Significant experience in the Forex and CFD brokerage industry is mandatory.

Network: A proven track record of managing and growing partnership networks (IB/Affiliate) on a global scale.

Communication: Elite negotiation skills and the ability to build high-trust relationships remotely.
