In this role, you will be part of a globally recognized network of educators committed to delivering a world-class British Curriculum education. You will guide students through the critical transition of Middle School (Key Stage 3), helping them develop the analytical and creative writing skills necessary for future IGCSE success while fostering a classroom culture built on inclusion and global citizenship.

Core Responsibilities & Impact

• Curriculum Excellence: Deliver a rigorous and engaging English Language and Literature program based on the National Curriculum for England for Key Stage 3 students.

• Inclusive Pedagogy: Design and implement differentiated lesson plans that cater to a diverse international student body, ensuring every learner is challenged and supported.

• Student Well-being: Nurture a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that promotes student agency and holistic development.

• Parental Partnership: Maintain transparent and proactive communication with parents to support student progress and social-emotional growth.

• Collaborative Practice: Work closely with the English department and wider faculty to refine instructional strategies and share best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English (Literature or Language) is essential.

• Qualifications: A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or a PGCE with a specialization in Secondary English.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience specifically within a British Curriculum school environment.
