Job Description: Full-Time Live-In Nanny (Roots Montessori Nursery)

Roots Montessori Nursery is seeking a dedicated and versatile Full-Time Live-In Nanny to provide high-level infant care and household support for a private family in Dubai. This role is designed for a professional who excels in the Montessori philosophy of nurturing independence and development, even within a home setting.

As the primary caregiver for an infant, your role is to create a secure, language-rich environment. Because this position requires fluency in both English and Arabic , you will be a vital part of the child’s early linguistic development. You will balance these nurturing duties with the management of a clean, organized household and the preparation of healthy meals, ensuring the home remains a calm and supportive space for the entire family.

Key Responsibilities

Developmental Infant Care

• Holistic Support: Provide loving, attentive care focused on the infant’s physical and emotional milestones.

• Routine Management: Manage feeding schedules (including bottle preparation), nap times, and hygiene with strict attention to safety.

• Early Enrichment: Encourage cognitive growth through talking, singing, and reading in both English and Arabic.

• Sanitization: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for the nursery, toys, and all feeding equipment.

Household Management

• Culinary Support: Plan and prepare healthy, home-cooked meals for the family.

• Domestic Upkeep: Handle daily cleaning, tidying, laundry, and ironing to keep the home well-organized.

• Efficiency: Confidently switch between childcare and household tasks without compromising the quality of care.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Mastery: Fluent English AND Arabic (Mandatory).

• Proven Experience: Significant experience in infant care with verifiable references from previous families.

• Household Skills: Ability to cook healthy meals and maintain a high standard of domestic cleanliness.

• Personality: A calm, patient, and nurturing disposition with a physically fit profile to manage active daily tasks.

• Trust: A high degree of punctuality, reliability, and respect for household preferences.
