Are you ready to architect the future of private, agentic automation? Global Corporation is seeking a Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our elite team in Dubai. You won’t just be building features; you will own the entire vertical for BOTty , our intelligent automation assistant. Your mission is to bridge the gap between sophisticated AI pipelines, secure backends, and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring that automation is not only powerful but also transparent and trustworthy.

In this role, you will tackle the “0 to 1” challenge, moving from vague product concepts to shipped, high-performance reality. You’ll work on a local-first architecture that prioritizes privacy and low-latency response times. Whether you are fine-tuning on-device ML models or designing “Explainability UIs” that show users exactly how BOTty thinks, your work will define the next generation of human-AI interaction in the home and enterprise sectors.

Your Technical & Innovation Mission

Frontend & Experience Design

• Multi-Platform Interfaces: Build and maintain high-performance interfaces across Desktop, Cloud, and AR mobile environments.

• Explainability UI: Design and implement visual logic systems that answer the user’s most critical question: “Why did the AI ​​do this?”

• Secure Access: Develop authenticated web portals for remote automation management, log editing, and device control.

Backend & Infrastructure

• Local-First Architecture: Engineer robust backends supporting ZeroConf device discovery and real-time event logging.

• Privacy-Centric Gateway: Implement authenticated SSL tunnel gateways (avoiding cloud relays) to manage routines and presence tracking securely.

• Hardware Integration: Deploy and optimize software on edge hardware including Raspberry Pi 5 and NVIDIA Jetson .

AI & Agentic Intelligence

• Agentic Routines: Build and fine-tune “Learn, Observe, Adapt, React” cycles using frameworks like CrewAI and LangChain .

• Edge ML: Optimize on-device micropatterns and low-latency NLU (Natural Language Understanding) for safety and speed.

• Reinforcement Learning: Develop personalization ledgers and feedback loops using bandit-style decision tuning to refine AI behavior over time.

The Stack & Requirements

Our Technologies:

• Frontend: React, Lit, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI.

• Backend: Python, FastAPI, SQLite, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

• AI/ML: CrewAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, ONNX, OpenAI API.

• DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, Over-the-Air (OTA) modules.
