In this role, you will bridge the gap between classroom theory and industrial reality. We are looking for a trainer who doesn’t just teach software commands but provides “shop-floor” insights into electrical drafting and schematic design. You will be responsible for empowering students to master complex wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and control circuits according to international industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Leadership: Conduct comprehensive AutoCAD Electrical training sessions, balancing theoretical knowledge with high-impact practical applications.

• Curriculum Mastery: Teach students the nuances of electrical drafting, including schematic design, panel layouts, and intricate wiring diagrams.

• Project-Based Learning: Guide learners through real-world project workflows, creating single-line diagrams and control circuits based on modern industrial standards.

• Technical Mentorship: Explain the application of electrical symbols, documentation standards, and drawing management techniques used in major building and industrial projects.

• Hands-on Skill Building: Develop and oversee practical exercises that challenge students to apply their knowledge to troubleshooting and system diagnostics.

• Progress Evaluation: Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet the technical requirements for global technology and innovation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Software Expertise: Mastery of AutoCAD Electrical with a strong portfolio of industrial or building electrical layouts.

• Industry Experience: Solid background in automotive or industrial electrical systems and diagnostics.

• Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, practical manner.

• Education: A degree or professional certification in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.

• Flexibility: Ability to manage a freelance schedule with timings based on student availability.

• Location: Must be based in the UAE and able to conduct sessions at the Dubai-based institute.
