Job Description: Forklift Operator (Marble Factory)

Al Arsh Al Malaki , a leading specialist in the stone and marble industry, is seeking a reliable Forklift Driver to join our production and logistics team in Sharjah. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operator to work within a specialized marble factory environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for the precision handling of high-value marble slabs and materials. Unlike many logistics roles, a formal forklift license is not required for this specific position; however, we are looking for individuals who possess a steady hand, a deep respect for safety protocols, and a strong work ethic. You will play a vital part in keeping our factory floor organized and ensuring that our production lines are consistently supplied with the materials they need.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Safely load and unload heavy marble slabs, tiles, and raw materials from delivery vehicles and storage areas.

• Internal Logistics: Efficiently move goods across the factory floor or warehouse site to support the production and fabrication teams.

• Stacking & Organization: Assist in the systematic stacking of marble inventory, ensuring items are organized by type, size, or project requirement.

• Safety Adherence: Strictly follow factory safety guidelines to prevent material damage and ensure a safe environment for all staff.

• Team Support: Collaborate with warehouse and site supervisors to assist in general labor or organizational tasks during peak production periods.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical Skill: Practical experience operating a forklift, specifically with heavy or fragile materials.

• Safety Awareness: A solid understanding of basic warehouse safety procedures and load stability.

• Reliability: The ability to follow verbal instructions accurately and maintain a consistent work pace.

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in a marble or stone factory is a significant advantage, although not mandatory.

• Availability: We are looking for immediate joiners who are currently residing in the UAE and ready to start work.
