Job Description: Forklift Driver (Marble Factory)

Al Arsh Al Malaki, a specialized marble and stone processing factory in Sharjah, is seeking a diligent Forklift Driver. Unlike many logistics roles, this position does not require a formal forklift license, as the operations are contained within our private factory and site premises.

In this role, you will be the physical link in our production chain, moving heavy, high-value stone slabs and finished marble products. Because you will be handling delicate and heavy materials, we prioritize coordination, a steady hand, and a strict commitment to safety over formal certifications. Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Safely load and unload raw marble blocks, slabs, and finished tiles from delivery vehicles and production lines.

• Intra-Site Transport: Move goods efficiently between the cutting, polishing, and storage areas of the factory.

• Inventory Organization: Assist the warehouse team in stacking materials according to size, type, and project requirements to ensure easy access.

• Safety Adherence: Follow all internal safety protocols to prevent damage to the marble and, most importantly, to ensure the safety of colleagues on the factory floor.

• Team Support: Assist with manual tasks and site organization during downtime or when the warehouse team requires extra support.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: While previous warehouse experience is a plus, it is not mandatory. Experience specifically within a marble or stone factory is highly valued.

• License: No UAE Forklift License is required for this specific site-based role.

• Safety Knowledge: A basic understanding of warehouse safety and the ability to identify potential hazards.

• Personal Attributes: Strong ability to follow verbal instructions, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward team tasks.

• Availability: Immediate joiners currently residing in Sharjah or nearby areas are preferred.
