In this essential role, you will be the “boots on the ground,” ensuring that site activities are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. We are looking for a practical leader who can bridge the gap between Site Engineers and the workforce. If you have a sharp eye for project progress, a clean driving record, and the ability to manage site logistics effectively, this position offers a stable opportunity with a highly respected regional employer.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Direct and supervise daily on-site activities to ensure all work meets project specifications and safety standards.

• Progress Coordination: Work in close collaboration with Site Engineers to report on project milestones and resolve any immediate field issues.

• Resource Oversight: Manage the deployment of labor and materials on-site to maintain high levels of productivity.

• Safety & Quality: Ensure all team members adhere to strict health and safety (HSE) protocols required in the gas and utilities industry.

• Documentation: Maintain basic site logs and reports to track daily work completion.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

• Communication: Acceptable English communication skills (verbal and written) to coordinate with diverse teams and engineers.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to read project plans, site notes, and follow written instructions accurately.

• Residency: Based in the UAE and available to start within a reasonable notice period.
