Al Marwan Group, one of the most respected and diversified organizations in the Sharjah business landscape, is seeking a dependable Light Duty Driver. Known for our extensive operations in construction, heavy equipment, and real estate, we rely on a robust logistics network to keep our projects moving.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily transport operations. Whether you are delivering critical documents between offices, transporting site personnel, or handling light logistics, your focus will be on safety, punctuality, and professionalism. We are looking for a driver who doesn’t just “drive,” but manages their vehicle and routes with high efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Vehicle Operation: Operate light vehicles (sedans, SUVs, or pickups) across all seven Emirates, adhering strictly to UAE Federal Traffic Laws.

• Logistics & Delivery: Execute timely pickups and deliveries of goods, documents, or personnel, ensuring all schedules are met without compromise.

• Route Optimization: Utilize GPS and local road knowledge to select the most efficient routes, avoiding heavy traffic zones and minimizing fuel consumption.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections (fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes) and ensure the vehicle is kept clean and serviced regularly.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate vehicle logs, including mileage, fuel receipts, and delivery acknowledgments.

• Professional Representation: Act as a professional ambassador for Al Marwan Group when interacting with clients, site managers, and the public.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Must possess a valid UAE Manual/Automatic Light Vehicle Driving License (Category 3).

• Experience: Proven experience driving in the UAE; familiarity with Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi road networks is essential.

• Record: A clean driving record with no major traffic violations or “black points.”

• Language: Basic communication skills in English are required; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.

• Attributes: Exceptional punctuality, a strong sense of direction, and the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.

• Joining Status: Preference may be given to candidates who can join immediately.
