Are you a data-driven professional with an eye for financial precision in a high-stakes clinical environment? American Hospital Dubai is seeking a meticulous Finance Analyst to manage the critical intersection of physician compensation, revenue cycle management, and operational reporting.

In this role, you will be the financial architect behind physician incentives and revenue integrity. You will translate complex fee-sharing agreements into accurate disbursements and transform raw billing data into strategic reports for hospital leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Physician Compensation Management: Calculate and process fees and incentives based on complex, individual fee-sharing agreements. You will ensure that contractual obligations are met with 100% accuracy and clinical staff are compensated timely.

• Revenue Cycle Analytics: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for American Hospital Clinics. You will analyze insurance and manual discount data to provide a clear picture of net vs. gross revenue for the General Ledger.

• MIS & Reporting: Generate comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) summaries and package reports, identifying necessary adjustments to ensure the financial integrity of medical service bundles.

• Operational Billing Support: Resolve daily billing queries from various departments and patients, acting as a technical resource for revenue-related issues.

• Cash Management: Validate and reconcile collections processed by cashiers and step into Main Cashier responsibilities when necessary to maintain operational continuity.

• Data-Driven Decision Support: Utilize financial modeling to analyze trends, assisting the Finance Department with ad hoc reports that influence hospital-wide strategy.

Technical Expertise

• Healthcare Finance: Deep understanding of hospital-specific revenue cycles, including insurance discount structures and package adjustments.

• Advanced Excel: Mastery of financial modeling tools, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex charts for trend analysis.

• Software Proficiency: Experience navigating Hospital Management Systems (HMS) and specialized financial software to extract and validate large datasets.

• Accounting Standards: Strong grasp of general ledger reconciliation and accounting principles as they apply to large-scale healthcare enterprises.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Professional Credentials: Holding a CA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA is highly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally within a hospital or healthcare setting.

• Skills: Excellent communication for resolving billing queries and the ability to multitask under tight reporting deadlines.
