Field Service Engineer – Pumps (UAE)

In this role, you aren’t just a mechanic; you are a technical partner to our customers. You will lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of high-performance API pumps and associated equipment, ensuring that the critical infrastructure of the UAE remains safe and reliable. Whether you are troubleshooting an emergency breakdown at a remote site or performing precision refurbishments in our state-of-the-art workshop, your expertise will directly impact the world’s most vital energy flows.
Your Technical & Field Mission
Commissioning & Installation Leadership

Site Deployment: Lead the on-site installation and commissioning of new pump sets, ensuring they are integrated perfectly into the customer’s system.

Technical Preparation: Coordinate with global manufacturing facilities to secure the documentation, specialized parts, and engineering data required for a “Right-First-Time” installation.

Multidisciplinary Oversight: Supervise on-site field teams, including workshop technicians and sub-vendors, ensuring all activities meet Celeros FT’s rigorous quality standards.
Maintenance & Emergency Response

Predictive & Corrective Care: Perform routine maintenance in accordance with service agreements and lead investigations to quantify operational problems at their source.

Precision Troubleshooting: Disassemble complex equipment to identify root causes of failure, install original parts, and reassemble systems to factory specifications.

24/7 Readiness: Provide emergency breakdown support on a 24/7 basis, acting as the rapid-response technical expert for our most critical customers.
Analysis & Reporting

Condition Monitoring: Perform performance monitoring and vibration analysis to predict potential failures before they occur.

Detailed Documentation: Produce comprehensive technical reports, supplemented by digital photography, to document findings, repairs, and recommendations for the customer and the Service Centre Manager.

Quality Control: Conduct QC activities and audits (including 5S) to ensure all work meets Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) guidelines.
What You Bring to Celeros FT

Education: Vocational Qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Assembly.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in pump installation, repair, and maintenance. Familiarity with the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of API Pumps, gearboxes, valves, and mixers.

Field Skills: The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and O&M manuals.

Communication: Fluent verbal and written English is essential for report writing and client interaction.

Mobility: A valid Driving License (convertible for UAE use) is a must for site visits.
