A private household in Dubai is seeking a highly responsible and nurturing Female Driver / Nanny to provide comprehensive support for their children’s daily logistics and developmental care. This hybrid role is designed for a professional who prioritizes safety on the road and excellence in childcare.

As the family’s “right hand,” you will navigate Dubai’s busy infrastructure to ensure the children are punctual for school and extracurricular activities while maintaining a warm, supportive presence during their time at home. The ideal candidate is a proactive caregiver who understands that their role is central to the children’s emotional and social growth, as well as the family’s daily peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities

Premium Transportation & Logistics

• Safe Transit: Provide secure and reliable transportation for children to school, medical appointments, and social outings.

• Schedule Governance: Manage time effectively to ensure strict punctuality for all daily commitments.

• Vehicle Stewardship: Oversee the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the family vehicle, ensuring it remains a safe environment for young passengers.

• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws and child safety protocols (including car seat usage).

Holistic Childcare & Development

• Routine Support: Assist with daily transitions, including healthy meal preparation, homework guidance, and structured nap/playtimes.

• Growth Mentorship: Foster the children’s emotional and educational development through engaging activities.

• Organization: Maintain tidy, sanitized, and well-organized spaces for the children (bedrooms and play areas).

• Communication: Act as a liaison for the parents, providing regular updates on the children’s well-being and daily milestones.

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Female (family preference).

• Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License with an impeccable safety record and deep knowledge of Dubai’s road networks.

• Experience: Proven track record in a dual-role (Driver/Nanny) or significant experience in private household childcare.

• Language: Professional proficiency in English; additional languages ​​are considered a strong asset.

• Attributes: Exceptional patience, a child-focused mindset, and the ability to remain discreet and organized in a private home setting.
