Job Description: Beauty Content Creator (Female)

Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for luxury hair and beauty? Shadi Kazemi Ladies Beauty Salon LLC , a premium salon destination in Business Bay , is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Female Content Creator to join our team part-time.

In this role, you will be the creative lens through which the world sees our luxury hair transformations. We aren’t looking for a traditional marketing executive; we want someone who “lives” on social media. You should be able to walk into our salon, spot the perfect lighting, and capture a viral-worthy “Before & After” or a cinematic “Day in the Life” of a stylist. If you know how to pair the perfect trending audio with high-quality salon footage and have an eye for aesthetic detail, we want to help you build a professional portfolio in the heart of Dubai’s business hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Mastery: Manage and grow the salon’s presence on Instagram and TikTok , staying ahead of beauty industry trends.

• Production: Shoot and edit high-quality mobile video content, focusing on hair transformations, luxury salon vibes, and stylist features.

• Strategy: Develop creative content ideas and hooks to increase engagement and attract new high-end clientele to the Business Bay location.

• Consistency: Maintain a regular posting schedule and interact with the digital community to build brand loyalty.

• Collaboration: Work closely with our stylists to capture the technical nuances of their work in a way that looks effortless and glamorous.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of proven content creation (portfolio or social media handles required).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush).

• Mindset: Young, energetic, motivated, and a fast learner who thrives in a luxury environment.

• Legal Status: Preferably on a Husband or Father’s visa with a valid Emirates ID.

• Location: Must be able to commute to Business Bay, Dubai for on-site shooting sessions.
