In this role, you will be more than a confectioner; you will be a creator of edible art. From tempering rich cocoa to hand-painting delicate truffles, you will manage the end-to-end production of premium chocolates. We are looking for someone with a meticulous eye for detail, a steady hand for decoration, and a deep-seated love for the craft of confectionery. Key Responsibilities

• Artisanal Production: Handcraft premium chocolates, including molding, coating, and executing complex fillings with precision.

• Creative Decoration: Design and decorate chocolate pieces that meet high aesthetic standards for luxury presentation.

• Recipe Fidelity: Strictly follow specialized recipes and production standards to ensure a consistent taste profile and texture.

• Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a pristine workstation, adhering to all food safety and HACCP-level hygiene procedures.

• Packaging & Presentation: Assist in the elegant packaging of finished products, ensuring they are ready for boutique display or special gift orders.

• Seasonal Innovation: Support the development of seasonal collections and custom orders for holidays and corporate events.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in chocolate making, pastry arts, or high-end confectionery is highly preferred.

• Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of chocolate tempering, flavor balancing, and food safety standards.

• Artistic Flair: Exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset for decorating and product presentation.

• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high output quality.

• Flexibility: Availability to work part-time hours, including occasional shifts for seasonal peaks or special production runs.
