Job Description: Female Consultant Breast Radiologist

Are you a highly specialized Radiologist committed to excellence in women’s health? Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Female Consultant Breast Radiologist to join a premier, high-volume breast care service in Dubai.

This role is designed for a clinician who excels in a multidisciplinary environment. You will be at the forefront of early detection and intervention, utilizing the latest in digital mammography, 3D tomosynthesis, and breast MRI. Working within a specialized breast center, you will bridge the gap between advanced imaging and patient-centered care, ensuring that every woman receives a diagnosis that is both technically precise and culturally sensitive.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostic Imaging: Perform and interpret a comprehensive range of breast studies, including 3D Mammography (Tomosynthesis), Breast Ultrasound, and Breast MRI.

• Interventional Procedures: Conduct high-precision, image-guided procedures such as Core Needle Biopsies, Fine Needle Aspirations (FNA), and Pre-operative Wire Localizations.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Play a lead role in Tumor Boards and MDT meetings, collaborating with oncologists and breast surgeons to formulate precise treatment pathways.

• Clinical Excellence: Adhere to BI-RADS (Breast Imaging-Reporting and Data System) for standardized reporting and ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and clinical governance.

• Patient Communication: Deliver findings with compassion and clarity, providing a supportive environment for patients navigating breast health concerns.

• Quality & Audit: Lead departmental audits and quality assurance initiatives to maintain the facility’s standing as a leading center for breast health in the region.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: American Board Certification in Radiology (with Breast Imaging subspecialty) OR UK CCT in Radiology with a dedicated Breast Fellowship.

• Licensure: Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Consultant License or a clear path to eligibility.

• Experience: Proven track record in a dedicated breast imaging practice, preferably within a tertiary or specialized center.

• Expertise: Mastery of both diagnostic interpretation and interventional breast procedures.

• Attributes: Excellent teamwork skills and a deeply compassionate, patient-focused approach.

Remuneration & Benefits

Our client offers a package that reflects the seniority and specialization of this role:
