Key Responsibilities

Experiential Service: Transform standard transactions into memorable experiences by providing personalized, proactive service to every guest.

Menu Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of Latin American cuisine, ingredients, and specialized beverage pairings to guide guests through their dining journey.

Operational Excellence: Expertly set tables, manage station cleanliness, and maintain a seamless flow of communication with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Physical Agility: Navigate a bustling restaurant floor, managing physical tasks such as lifting trays (up to 25 lbs independently), bending, and standing for extended periods on varying surfaces.

Quality & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety in line with Marriott International policies and local Dubai health regulations.

Brand Ambassadorship: Exemplify the Ritz-Carlton “Gold Standards,” including the Credo and Service Values, maintaining a pristine professional appearance at all times.
Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience is required; however, a natural aptitude for hospitality and a “guest-first” mindset are essential.

Skills: * Excellent verbal communication skills in English (multilingualism is a plus).

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.

Attention to detail in table settings and order accuracy.
