Job Description: Executive Assistant (Wealth Management)
Reed Recruitment Middle East is seeking a sophisticated and technically minded Executive Assistant to support the Founder of Acquisition of Wealth , an elite financial services firm based in Dubai. This is a high-impact role that bridges the gap between executive administration and specialized financial coordination.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to the Founder, managing a complex intersection of UK and UAE business interests. Beyond traditional calendar management, you will be deeply involved in the “back-office” of wealth management—handling sensitive banking structures, tax documentation, and regulatory compliance records. This role demands a professional with a high “Financial IQ” who can navigate the nuances of global wealth platforms with absolute discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support

Calendar Architecture: Manage a high-volume schedule across multiple time zones (primarily GMT and GST), prioritizing high-value engagements.

Global Logistics: Coordinate intricate travel itineraries, including private/commercial flights, visa requirements, and ground logistics for the UK and UAE.

Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a professional gateway for HNW clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Financial & Banking Coordination

Regulatory Compliance: Organize and manage critical tax documentation and compliance records for both UK and UAE jurisdictions.

Banking Navigation: Liaise with private banks and financial advisors, managing payment processes, KYC documentation, and routine financial formalities.

Personal Finance: Support the Founder with personal financial administration as required, ensuring all records are immaculate and audit-ready.
Operations & Administration

Firm Support: Assist with the administrative operations of Acquisition of Wealth , ensuring business continuity and professional reporting.

Information Security: Maintain a “Zero-Error” approach to data management, ensuring all sensitive business and personal files are securely organized.
Required Skills & Experience

Industry Background: Previous experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Private Equity is highly preferred.

Jurisdictional Knowledge: Familiarity with UK and UAE banking/tax processes is a significant competitive advantage.

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of financial administration, business documentation, and MS Office Suite.

Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to work under pressure without compromising on detail.

Discretion: A proven track record of handling sensitive UHNW information with the highest level of confidentiality.
