Bareen International Hospital (NMC Group) is looking for a resilient and sharp Emergency Room (ER) Nurse to join our frontline team in Abu Dhabi. In the ER, we don’t just see patients; We manage moments of crisis with clinical precision and unwavering empathy.

As an ER Nurse at Bareen International, you will be the first point of clinical contact for patients facing acute illness and trauma. You must be a master of the “quick save”—capable of performing rapid-fire assessments, initiating life-sustaining emergency procedures, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize patients. Core Responsibilities

• Triage & Rapid Assessment: Prioritize patient care based on clinical urgency, ensuring that life-threatening conditions are addressed immediately.

• Emergency Intervention: Expertly administer medications, perform wound care, and assist in advanced life support procedures.

• Patient Advocacy: Act as the voice for your patient in a high-pressure environment, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed by the medical team.

• Clinical Coordination: Seamlessly manage the transition of care from the ER to specialized units or discharge, maintaining impeccable documentation.

• Family Support: Provide clear, compassionate communication to families during some of their most stressful moments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensing: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license recognized by the DOH (Department of Health) Abu Dhabi .

• Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory; ACLS/PALS are highly preferred.

• Experience: Proven experience in an Emergency Department or high-acuity Critical Care setting.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are required to ensure safety in a fast-paced team environment.

• Aptitude: Ability to maintain emotional composure and clinical accuracy during medical emergencies.
