Key Responsibilities

• Dynamic Instruction: Deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to a diverse range of student abilities and learning styles.

• Curriculum Mastery: Implement and adapt the American or British Curriculum to ensure rigorous academic standards and student success.

• Modern Resource Planning: Prepare innovative teaching materials and resources that incorporate 21st-century skills and IT-driven learning.

• Classroom Leadership: Maintain an inclusive, proactive, and well-managed classroom environment that encourages student participation and safety.

• Student Support: Identify individual student needs and provide tailored support to handle learners of different proficiency levels effectively.

• Community Engagement: Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with students, parents, and the wider faculty team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in English or a closely related subject, obtained through in-person university study (Mandatory).

• Certification: Must possess an internationally recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Teaching Diploma, or certified Teaching License).

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a proven track record of excellence.

• Technical Skills: Excellent IT skills with the ability to leverage digital tools for classroom instruction.

• Logistics: Priority will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE who are available to join at the earliest possible date.
