Key Responsibilities & Impact

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute rigorous English Language Arts (ELA) lessons aligned with US Common Core Standards .

• Data-Driven Planning: Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps and adjust instructional strategies for measurable improvement.

• Differentiated Instruction: Expertly tailor lessons to support a wide range of abilities, including EAL learners and advanced students.

• Inspection Support: Contribute actively to school-wide improvement initiatives and maintain evidence-based portfolios for KHDA inspections.

• Classroom Leadership: Maintain a stimulating and well-managed learning environment that fosters student participation and respect.

• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the English department to refine assessments and align with international benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• Residency: Must be a current resident of the United Arab Emirates .

• Linguistic Proficiency: An IELTS score of 7.5 or higher (academic).

• Experience: Proven track record teaching English within the UAE or wider Gulf region.

• Expertise: Deep familiarity with the American Curriculum and Common Core standards.

• Start Date: Immediate availability is highly preferred.
