Job Duties

• Deliver high-quality English language instruction to diverse learners, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and phonetic accuracy.

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with international English standards (such as CEFR levels).

• Assess student performance through diagnostic testing and provide constructive feedback to support linguistic development.

• Utilize modern pedagogical techniques to improve students’ four core skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Adapt teaching materials to suit the specific needs of different age groups or professional backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and curriculum coverage.

Requirements

• Apply advanced knowledge of English linguistics and pedagogical theory to facilitate student learning.

• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to serve as a linguistic role model.

• Navigate various teaching methodologies (such as Communicative Language Teaching or Task-Based Learning) with ease.

• Manage time efficiently to cover curriculum milestones within part-time hours.

• Exhibit cultural sensitivity and interpersonal skills when working in the diverse Abu Dhabi educational landscape.

• Utilize educational technology and digital resources to enhance the classroom experience.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Certification: Hold a Cambridge CELTA, DELTA, Trinity CertTESOL, or a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics/TESOL.

• Experience: Evidence at least 3 years of professional English teaching experience in a recognized institution.

• Sponsorship: Typically requires candidates to be on their own visa (Husband/Father/Student) given the part-time nature of the role at Zameer Training.
