Your Impact and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the architect of your students’ success. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Customized Curriculum Design: Crafting engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum while catering to the specific nuances of both group dynamics and individual one-on-one sessions.

• Dynamic Instruction: Moving beyond “chalk and talk” by using modern, varied instructional techniques that keep students of all levels motivated.

• Cultivating Community: Building a safe, flexible, and encouraging classroom environment where students feel confident taking risks.

• Fostering Autonomy: Guiding students to excel in independent tasks while facilitating meaningful collaboration in pairs and groups.

• Progress Tracking: Monitoring performance with a keen eye, adjusting your teaching methods on the fly to ensure no student is left behind.

• Administrative Excellence: Keeping precise records of attendance, grades, and assessments to ensure a smooth academic journey for every learner.

Candidate Requirements

• Language: Native English proficiency is essential.

• Credentials: A recognized Teaching Diploma or equivalent certification.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional teaching experience.

• Logistics: You must currently reside in Dubai with your own visa (UAE residence).

• Schedule: Immediate availability for morning and daytime sessions.

• Bonus: A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
